Kastas has launched the Field Leaders Academy Program!

Held under the auspices of Kastas Academy, the launch event for the Leaders of the Field Academy Program, designed in accordance with the company's principles and values aligned with the 2024 strategies, took place. The program's purpose, the impact it will create, and the benefits focused on employees' personal development were thoroughly discussed in two sessions.

What is the Leaders of the Field Program? The Leaders of the Field Program is a comprehensive consultancy and mentoring program aimed at supporting both professional and personal development. It offers a wide array of development opportunities, ranging from communication skills to problem-solving abilities, and includes case studies and mentoring programs. The program consists of five modules for Production Leaders and three modules for the Engineer Academy.

Under the Leaders of the Field Program, participants will receive comprehensive technical training and access to equipment, covering customer knowledge, technical expertise, production knowledge, and methodical practices within the fully equipped field leader training framework. Additionally, they will receive mentoring to reinforce their skills. The program aims to ensure that each successful participant develops in areas such as communication skills, presentation skills, problem-solving techniques, and business management, and can apply these skills practically in their professional lives.

Merve Mutlu, Kastas' Human Resources Technical Training Senior Specialist, added the following statements: "I am proud and delighted to bring together our field leaders, who play a vital role in the products we produce, under the umbrella of our Academy. We will realize this initiative in accordance with our values and principles, with the vision of becoming the world's leading manufacturer of sealing technologies." Mutlu continued, "We embarked on this journey with the famous quote by Thomas Edison - 'A vision that is not realized is a hallucination' - which best encapsulates our program. We support our program with competency assessment tools, expert consultants, and developmental programs aimed at fostering a common perspective and leadership competencies. I believe that, by combining our Academy program, built on solid foundations, with personal development and professional experience, along with our experienced engineering, we will achieve success together."
