Kastas Received Great Place to Work Certificate

Kastas, which was included in the Great Place To Work® great workplaces list for June 2023 with the valuable feedback of its employees, celebrates its success with great happiness.

The Great Place To Work® Certification is a system that globally registers organisations with great employee experience, helps organisations build a better world by helping them become a desirable place to work for everyone, rewards employee experience globally, and shines a light on employee feedback in creating a great workplace culture experience.

To be included in this certification scheme, organisations go through a robust two-step process that analyses employee experience and trust culture within the organisation. The process demonstrates that global standards are met based on an independent analysis structure and employee feedback.

Kastas Sealing Technologies has been positively evaluated in all relevant categories for the period June 2023-June 2024 and has been awarded a certificate based on employee feedback.


 Bircan ATILGAN, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kastas, drew attention to a few important points considering the evaluation topics and the success achieved and said: "As Kastas, the main element of our current success and the most important success factor that we will focus on in the realisation of our growth and development targets in the coming years is our human resources. In addition to this certificate we have earned for the relevant period, we meticulously analyse all the outputs of the detailed study conducted by GPTW and aim to carry out the work on areas open to improvement in the most effective way.
