Our Momentum Young Talent Program has begun with 6 young talents who take action for their dreams!

Momentum is a talent program by Kastaş that enables recent graduates from relevant departments of universities to start their careers by recognizing their potential and supporting their development. As part of the program, Young Talents will undergo cultural adaptation and technical training over a period of 12 months. Upon completion of the program, Young Talents will take their first steps into professional life based on evaluations of their performance and effectiveness.

On the first day of the program, our Young Talents met with our managers and listened to Kastaş from them. Throughout the program, they will work in different department rotations and contribute to various projects, preparing for professional life while enhancing their skills through various training sessions.

Işıl Uslu, Senior Specialist in Human Resources at Kastaş Sealing Technologies, stated the following about the program: "We are excited about being with our young people who take their education, talent, and dreams with them and who will move towards the future in an innovative and dynamic working environment with us.
