Kastaş's Occupational Health and Safety Policy is based on the "People First, Health First, Occupational Safety First" principles. Kastaş takes seriously the provision of a working environment where employees and business partners can carry out their activities in a healthy and safe manner and strives to eliminate the risks that would prevent this goal from being met.
It is of great importance that every employee is aware of the dangers and risks related to work and working environment "at least as much as an occupational safety expert".
